Cancelling an Order 

If you need to cancel an order (or part of an order), send an email to cancel@sanomx.com or click on the Live Support button below. Sanomx.com works extremely hard to fill orders in the shortest amount of time possible. Orders for parts may be cancelled with no restocking fee within one hour of being placed. After one hour, cancelled orders for parts are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the merchandise value. Orders for parts may be cancelled with no restocking fee provided the order hasn't already entered the shipping process!

The sanomx.com return policy is simple. We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:
 
 
15-Day return period. Please be sure your return reaches sanomx.com within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).
 
Original packaging in good condition. Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing or labels of any kind) with your return.
 
Unused condition. Sanomx.com is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.
 
Returns on electrical parts. Like your local dealer, Sanomx.com is unable to accept returns on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning electrical items.
 
Restocking fees. In some cases restocking fees will apply. Please see 
 
Determine your Return Number
 
If you ordered an item by mistake or just don't want it anymore, your Return Number will be the same as your Order ID. When you use your Order ID as the Return Number, sanomx.com will credit you for 100% of the merchandise value (including sales tax for orders shipped within CA) on all aftermarket parts and accessories that meet our return conditions above. Returns on parts that meet our return conditions are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the merchandise value when you use your Order ID as the Return Number.
 
If you'd like to return an order for any other reason, please contact the sanomx.com Customer Service Team for a Return Number (951-304-1441). If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or sanomx.com, please contact us and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense. Attach the Return Shipping Form to your return and drop it in the mail.
 
Tear off the bottom section of the returns instruction sheet and attach it to your return package. The completed form should look like the following:
 
 
Packing And Sending Back Your Return
 
Sanomx.com includes plenty of packing material with every order. When returning something to us, please re-pack all items using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item unreturnable.

Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
 
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Domestic Overnight, Express, Three Day, Two Day and Ground. Orders placed by 3PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted by you the customer.
 
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
